915 GEARBOX CASE REBUILD
The youngest 915 gearboxes are now 35 years old and most have done many miles. Most gearboxes that we rebuild have suffered from wear and tear and almost all have cases with worn bearing journals that are no longer within
the factory tolerance.

We measure each bearing journal very accurately including the pinion bearing journal in the main casing.
If the bearing journals require repair they are machined oversize. This is done for each individual or all of the journals in each separate part of the case. We can just perform the bearing journal repair on your 915 case for you or incorporate the bearing journal repair with a complete 915 gearbox rebuild.
